Carmel Corn

This is a super fast and easy treat!  It is a huge hit in our house.  I got this recipe from my mom's sister Judy.

Large bowl of popped popcorn.  I use air popped, but can also use microwave.  Clean out all kernels and half popped kernels.  (My brother broke a tooth once eating my Carmel corn.  I have cleaned out the kernels ever since.)

In a saucepan heat and stir constantly -
1 cube Margarine
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water

Heat till it caramelizes, starts to turn light brown.  Quickly take it off heat.  Pour over popcorn.  CAREFULLY stir and toss.  I have burned myself quite badly making this before.  Carmel will be very HOT.  Let cool.  Break into pieces and enjoy!
