Banana Slush

Looking for a great way to use up ripe banana's?  This is the punch recipe that was served at my parents wedding reception.  I recently made it for my baby sister's wedding reception's.  I get asked for this recipe maybe more than any other, so use it!  Enjoy it!

Boil & Cool 4 cups sugar and 6 cups water
In a large bowl mix together -
3-5 mashed bananas, I always do 5
1 tall can pineapple juice (48 oz.)
Juice of 2 lemons, or use 1/4 cup bottled lemon juice.
1 can orange juice concentrate + 3 cans of water

Slowly add in the cooled sugar water.  Pour into pans or Ziploc bags and freeze.  Before serving slightly thaw and mash up.  Serve with lemon-lime soda.
I stack the bags of slush like this in my freezer.
